All submissions will be reviewed for relevance, originality, significance, soundness and clarity by three reviewers. Format: Proceedings will be published in Springer LNCS (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/index.html). For camera-ready format instructions, please see "For Authors" instructions at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html. The page limit is 15 pages for full papers, 6 pages for posters. Selected papers will be considered for special issues of relevant journals.
